Built by the definitive name in tendering.

Why we built Scryve.
We are tender experts. We work with Australia's most respected organisations on their most important bids, from $50,000 contracts to billion-dollar pursuits. We advise governments across the country and inform procurement policy. For years, we watched the same thing happen: businesses with great capability, locked out of expert support because consultancy fees were beyond their reach. Often, the ones who needed help the most couldn't afford it. We didn't (and still don't) think that's good enough.

Human expertise will always matter.
Tender Relief Consulting exists for those who want a team alongside them. But that can't be the only option. Expertise shouldn't be gatekept behind an expensive paywall. So we built Scryve. The same methodology we use with consulting clients, now accessible to everyone. Real expertise from Tender Relief, the definitive name in tendering. Thousands of winning bids. Best-practice embedded in every feature. This is what makes Scryve different. This is why it works.
Contact usThe founders.

Eliza is one of Australia’s most recognised thought leaders in tendering and procurement. She is the founder and CEO of Tender Relief Consulting and Co-Founder and CEO of Scryve. Since founding Tender Relief in 2019, she, and the national team she has built, has worked with hundreds of organisations, from sole traders preparing their first bid to ASX-listed companies managing billion-dollar pursuits.
From 2021 to 2024, she chaired the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) across Australia and New Zealand. She represented Western Australia in Massachusetts Institute of Technology Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP) and was recognised in the 2025 40 Under 40 Awards for leading entrepreneurs and business people in Western Australia. In this time, Tender Relief was featured on Channel 9’s Innovation Nation for its innovative development of Scryve.
Eliza was instrumental in the rollout of the Western Australian Government’s Jobs Act in 2018, specifically the framework for regional procurement across the state, and contributed to the review of the Act in 2023. She currently serves on two WA Government boards: the Small Business Development Corporation and the Innovation Advisory Board, where she chairs the Ecosystem Connection Subcommittee.

At Scryve, Ryan leads product and technology, building a platform that guides businesses through the entire tender process, not just the writing.
What we believe.
Everyone deserves access to trusted expertise.
The best tender-winning methodology should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford a consultant. That’s why we built Scryve.
Process matters as much as words.
Winning tenders isn’t just about good writing. It’s about strategy, compliance, and knowing what evaluators want. Scryve guides you through the entire process, not just the written response.
You should finish more capable.
Scryve teaches as it guides. You don’t just get a response, you understand why it works. You get better every time.
Your data is yours.
We don’t train Scryve on your content. Your account learns who you are, but your business information stays private and secure.
