Essentials gives you what you need to build a strong response: Talk to TROI, Bid / No Bid, Win Themes, Response Documents, Other Responses and the Pricing Checklist. Premium adds the work that often decides a bid: Executive Summary, Pricing Strategy and Contract Review.

No. Create the tender, upload the documents and run Bid / No Bid for free. You only pay when you decide to bid and select “Work on this tender”. If the answer is No Bid, you pay nothing and it doesn't count against your plan.

For the life of that tender. It's one payment, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Yes. Add Premium to that tender for $250. Your $200 Essentials payment is already credited, and everything you've done so far stays saved. Subscription Essentials customers can add Premium to a single tender for the same $250.

When you select “Work on this tender”. Previewing a tender, reading its summary and running Bid / No Bid never count.

Add an extra tender whenever you need one: $200 on Essentials or $450 on Premium. Each extra is a single charge to your card on file. It doesn't change your plan or next month's three.

No. Your three tenders reset on your billing date each month. Unused tenders don't carry over.

You pay for the year upfront and save 15%: $4,080 a year for Essentials, $9,180 for Premium. You still get three tenders each month, and they reset on your billing day.

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users, and any active member can work on one of your included tenders. Only members the account owner allows can buy extra tenders. You decide who can spend on the card.
