1 Release Train Engineer

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support its Agile Release Train (ART). The Role The role includes: Acting as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) Facilitating ART events and processes to assist teams in delivering high quality, value driven solutions Communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, and helping manage risk Driving relentless improvement across the ART Facilitating ART and Solution Train processes and execution Escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping ensure value delivery Participating in the Lean-Agile transformation, including coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets Helping configure SAFe to the agency's needs, including standardising and documenting practices Enquiries Buyer contact: DigitalServicesLabourHire@Health.gov.au
