Overview The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking a contractor to deliver enhancements to its existing CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, improving security, compliance, user experience, and infrastructure resilience. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of the current CyberArk and Cisco Duo authentication model with Microsoft Entra ID and FIDO2 phishing-resistant authentication using SAML integration Onboarding and management of additional privileged user and service accounts Optimisation of Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) to monitor, analyse, and mitigate high risks User experience improvements to frequently used CyberArk connectors Upgrading CyberArk's encryption to quantum cypher suites Refresh and upgrade of the CyberArk vault hardware and software
