This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking a supplier with demonstrated experience in instructional design and development of SCORM-compliant eLearning solutions to transform existing instructor-led DataLab training into accessible and maintainable online learning modules. Scope The scope includes: Transforming existing instructor-led DataLab training into online learning modules for delivery through the ABS Learning Management System (LMS) Designing, developing, testing and delivering learning content that supports researcher onboarding Designing, developing, testing and delivering learning content that supports compliance obligations Designing, developing, testing and delivering learning content that supports DataLab-related capability requirements Working collaboratively with ABS throughout the design, development, testing and delivery process Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience in instructional design Demonstrated experience in the development of SCORM-compliant eLearning solutions Instructions to Tenderers For further details, refer to the attached ABS2026.158 DataLab e-Learning Modules RFQ and Attachment A - Statement of Requirements.
