Overview Catholic Archdiocese Canberra Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) is inviting responses to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the provision of Debt Collection Services. Scope The successful supplier will provide end-to-end debt collection services including: Collection Services Contacting families through agreed communication channels Negotiating payment plans and settlement arrangements Supporting hardship and vulnerable customer assessment processes Encouraging resolution before legal escalation Recovery Activities Management of overdue accounts referred by the organisation Tracing services for uncontactable debtors Collection of outstanding school fee debt and associated approved costs Ongoing account management until closure or return Account Management Dedicated account manager Escalation pathways Regular performance reviews Continuous improvement recommendations Instructions to Tenderers Respondents wishing to participate in this RFQ should complete 'Schedule 2' and provide their response before the closing time of 5pm Friday 25 September 2026. Questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted no later than 5pm Wednesday 23 September 2026.
