Overview The City and Environment Directorate (ACT) is seeking to engage a suitably prequalified construction contractor to undertake the Griffith Shops Upgrade and Palmerston Shops Upgrade. Scope The scope includes: Civil works Accessibility improvements Landscaping Public furniture Shade structures Playground works Public lighting Specialist mosaic remediation Tree planting Associated public realm upgrades within active local shopping centre environments Contractor Requirements Must be a suitably prequalified construction contractor Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit and industry briefing will be held for the Griffith and Palmerston Shops Upgrade project.
