Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking an individual for an ICT Procurement and Contract Management role, working across several sections to support Sourcing Strategy and Procurement, Contract Management, Managed Services and Labour Hire. The Role Key areas of responsibility include: ICT procurement support and procedural advice Software sourcing and procurement support, including procedural advice Software licensing administration, routine guidance and audit support Telecommunications contract administration and management support Vendor liaison and vendor management support Labour Hire administration, including invoice and purchase order processing and tracking Managed services contract administration and management support Cloud services procurement and contract management support Role Requirements This role is at SFIA Level 3. At this level, the role holder is expected to: Apply established methods and procedures under general direction Manage assigned work within agreed timeframes Exercise discretion within defined responsibilities Have work reviewed at agreed milestones Escalate complex or contentious matters for guidance
