Overview The National Gallery of Australia is seeking a strategic partner to deliver an integrated Managed Service across its IT infrastructure and networking environment, service management and service desk, with onsite and remote support, providing responsive IT services from 1 July 2027. Scope The scope includes: Transition from the incumbent IT service arrangements Ongoing networking, infrastructure and cloud operations Service management Provision of onsite service desk support Additional services commissioned as required Contractor Requirements Work collaboratively with the National Gallery IT Team to achieve high standard services and solutions for the Gallery Work with the National Gallery's IT team, business owners, specialist vendors, and separately engaged services providers Provide reliable and secure ICT services with onsite support Ensure the Gallery's technology environment remains aligned with contemporary technical and application architectures Ensure flexibility and scalability of the infrastructure environment to meet evolving and changing needs Maintain suitably qualified staff in the ACT Allow for the adoption of opportunities Meet the National Gallery's current and future ICT requirements Meet or exceed the expectations of the National Gallery's internal and external end users and stakeholders Comply with statutory obligations, including without limitation Whole of Government policies such as the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Information Security Manual (ISM) and the Essential 8 Ensure all personnel assigned to provide services to the National Gallery hold, or are able to attain, a current Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance as required Enquiries Buyer contact: ICTProcurement@nga.gov.au
