About this tender

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The National Library of Australia is seeking a review of the charging model applied to a digital service it delivers to member libraries. About The National Library of Australia delivers a digital service (NeD) to the 9 Australian members of National and State Libraries Australasia. This service is funded through a cost recovery fee structure payable by the member libraries to the Library on an annual basis. The Deed governing this service is due to expire in June 2027. Purpose The Library is seeking a review of the fee structure, costing model, and pricing model for inclusion in the new Deed currently being prepared. Scope The scope includes: Review of the fee structure applied to the NeD digital service Review of the costing model underpinning the fee structure Review of the pricing model for inclusion in the new Deed Instructions to Tenderers Refer to the attached Statement of Requirements for further information.
