This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Digital Canberra (ACT) requires an independent assurance partner to support the Payment Capability and Human Resource Management (PC-HRM) Program, which is being delivered by the ACT Government to provide stable, secure and supported payroll and HR capability. About The PC-HRM Program includes upgrades and modernisation of core payroll and HR systems, reporting capability, payroll exception management, decommissioning of legacy applications, and delivery of a Whole of Government Time and Attendance solution. The Program is expected to continue to 30 June 2027.
