Overview Major Projects/Infrastructure Canberra (ACT) is seeking an experienced and suitably prequalified consultant's team to support the ACT's Principal's Authorised Person (Territory PAP) in undertaking Contract Administration and Site Surveillance for the Athllon Drive Duplication: Southern Section. Purpose The procurement objective is to engage an experienced and suitably prequalified consultant's team (the Consultant) to support the Territory PAP, undertake Contract Administration and Site Surveillance for the Athllon Drive Duplication on behalf of Infrastructure Canberra. Scope The Consultant will provide the following services in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). The scope includes: Project Management Resident Engineer Structural Surveillance Officer Landscape Surveillance Officer Road Safety Audits and Reports Independent Testing (Geotechnical, Concrete and Materials) Independent and Joint Survey Geotechnical Consultancy Tender Briefing An industry briefing will be held for the ADD Construction Support Consultant opportunity.
