Overview The Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (ACT) is seeking proposals for Project Management and Contract Administration (PMCA) and Reference Design services for the new National Convention and Entertainment Centre (NCEC) in Canberra. Purpose The project is intended to meet future demand for business events and live entertainment, attract investment, visitors, and major events, stimulate economic growth and job creation, and support long term city shaping outcomes through delivery aligned with the shared economic and urban development strategies of the ACT Government and the Commonwealth.
