Overview The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) is seeking the provision of iManage licences, support and maintenance to support its electronic document and records management system (EDRMS). Scope The scope includes: Maintaining an enterprise system for managing electronic documents, emails and official records Capturing, declaring, classifying, storing, retrieving and managing Commonwealth records Maintaining system stability, operational availability and business continuity for the EDRMS environment Contractor Requirements Meet legislative, regulatory and records management obligations relating to the retention and disposal of records Comply with legislation and frameworks such as National Archives of Australia and Records Authorities Contract Terms and Conditions Version upgrades and remediation of system errors must be delivered without additional cost to the ANAO where covered under support arrangements Enquiries Buyer contact: Procurement@anao.gov.au
