This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking responses for the provision of specialist resources to support its DICE NMP / Cyber Program, which is entering a critical delivery phase involving several interdependent initiatives requiring specialised skills in identity, security, M365, SASE and network modernisation. Scope ANU is seeking responses for the following resource capability: 1. Security / GRC SME Provision of specialist advisory and delivery support to design and embed an enterprise vulnerability management capability and broader GRC uplift Supporting ANU to manage technology risk in a structured, risk-based manner aligned to regulatory and protective security obligations Operating client side in a complex environment, working above the line to shape operating model, governance, processes and reporting for vulnerability management and related security controls Supporting ISO's vulnerability management operating model Providing pragmatic advice to the CISO on risk, prioritisation and uplift pathways 2. CMDB SME (Service Management and Security) Provision of senior advisory and delivery support to uplift ServiceNow CMDB and related service management capability Establishing the asset, configuration and ownership data required to operate an effective, risk-based vulnerability management process and to support broader security uplift Operating client side in a complex, multi-vendor environment, working above the line to shape CMDB design, governance and processes Guiding vendor led ServiceNow discovery and implementation Establishing reliable asset and service context (ownership, criticality and connectivity) to enable ISO's vulnerability management operating model Enquiries Buyer contact: contracts.its@anu.edu.au
