Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 1 x APS6 User Research Designer (Labour Hire) to support the design and delivery of user-centred digital products and services. The Role The APS6 User Research Designer (Labour Hire) will plan, conduct and analyse user research to understand user needs, behaviours and experiences. Working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, the role will apply contemporary user research and human-centred design practices to generate evidence and insights that inform service, product and design decisions. The role will work closely with designers, product and delivery teams, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are informed by genuine user needs and deliver accessible and effective experiences. Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Role Requirements Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted, applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD Instructions to Respondents A Supplier Briefing will not be held for this role. The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
