Overview The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking an ICT System Administrator (Infrastructure) at the APS6 level, responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the performance of the organisation's ICT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and APS statutory obligations. The Role The role includes: Administering and optimising the server environment Conducting system audits Implementing system enhancements Mitigating risks Executing high-level technical tasks involving system infrastructure design and enhancements Providing expert advice and solutions on complex ICT issues Coordinating incident and problem management processes Maintaining disaster recovery strategies Supporting the development and implementation of ICT projects Role Requirements Australian citizenship, with the ability to obtain a baseline security clearance Strong understanding of the ITIL service management framework Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
