About this tender
Liverpool City Council is seeking expression of interest from Markets who would like to trade at next years Lanterns & Lights event held in May 2027. Our event welcomes all stallholders relative to the cultural regions of Asia. We warmly encourage local businesses to apply. Event Information Event date: Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 May 2027 Event time: 5pm - 10pm Event location: Macquarie Mall, Liverpool Please ensure the below points are reviewed before completing the Stallholder EOI: Vendors must be available to trade for the full two-day event (Saturday & Sunday). Should you be accepted, you are committing to trading for all two days. Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused. Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered.
