3 Senior Solution Architects

Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 3 Senior Solution Architects to be engaged as EL2 Solution Architects (Labour Hire) across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, SA, NT, ACT, TAS and NZ. The Role Undertake very complex design work under broad direction, delivering quality outcomes across the technology functions of the NDIA Exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management, working collaboratively with Enterprise Architecture functions, projects and other stakeholders Exercise sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level architectural advice and operational support aligned to industry best practice, cyber security considerations and evolving solutions Coordinate and assume responsibility and technical ownership for varied activities and sensitive projects Produce architecture artefacts and detailed designs, and provide direction and guidance to development and engineering teams Represent designs and architecture confidently at peer-review and approval forums Lead planning workshops Actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, and represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums Provide senior technical leadership for the ongoing enhancement of core technology platforms supporting Agency systems Deliver cohesive solution architecture and designs across the Digital Enrolments, Access and Payments (DEAP) domain, as well as other parallel priority Agency initiatives Facilitate technical, business and procurement teams, as well as the broader architecture community, to create, explain and deliver solutions and complex designs that are fit for purpose, technically sound, robust and secure, aligned to the Agency's broader charter and technology and cyber security strategies
