About this tender

Overview Premier's Department, in conjunction with Government House Sydney, is providing advance notice of an upcoming Expression of Interest (EOI) for Event and Guest Services at Government House Sydney. Purpose The forthcoming EOI will be used to assess market capability, experience and capacity, and to inform the development of service requirements and procurement documentation for a subsequent Request for Tender. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Event and Guest Services at Government House Sydney Supply of professionally trained hospitality personnel to support official functions, ceremonial events and other Vice Regal engagements A detailed Scope of Services is not being issued at this stage. Contractor Requirements Demonstrated proven capability, experience and expertise in delivering high-quality hospitality services within premium venues, government functions and other high-profile environments Eligibility The Expression of Interest will be open to all interested suppliers. Instructions to Tenderers The Expression of Interest is anticipated to be released in September 2026, subject to change.
