Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations or individuals to provide quotations on the installation of a machinery above ground wash bay at the Auburn Depot Operations Area. Scope Installation of a machinery above ground wash bay at the Auburn Depot Contract Terms and Conditions Contract reference: MW21-LG Contract term: 12 weeks, with an option to renew at the sole option of Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFT The work is to be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender site briefing and inspection.
