This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Seller to provide consulting services for Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC). Scope The scope includes: Development of an evidence-based, tailored PQC readiness and migration plan A risk assessment methodology and findings to prioritise remediation A defined migration patterns approach Validated discovery methods and a cryptographic inventory A high level implementation roadmap that the Bank can execute to mitigate PQC risk Contractor Requirements Deep PQC and quantum-security expertise Proven experience delivering similar engagements across multiple large organisations Established tooling and standardised methodologies for conducting enterprise scale PQC assessments Instructions to Tenderers Full details are provided in the attached Statement of Requirements and Response Schedule.
