About this tender

Overview Georges River Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies to procure, implement, configure, support and maintain a modern, secure, cloud-based Council Meeting Management Solution to support the end-to-end management of Council and Committee meetings. Purpose The solution will streamline meeting administration processes, improve governance and transparency, enhance Councillor and staff user experience, and ensure compliance with the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA), State Records Act 1998 and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Scope The scope includes: Procurement, implementation, configuration, support and maintenance of a cloud-based Council Meeting Management Solution Replacement and/or enhancement of existing meeting management processes Provision of an integrated platform for agenda preparation, workflow management, meeting distribution, minute taking, resolution tracking, voting management and public access to meeting information A detailed scope of works outlining the extent of services required by Council is set out in Part 5 Scope of Work, of the Tender documents. Contract Terms and Conditions The successful respondent/s will enter into an agreement with Council for these services, including support and maintenance, for a period of three (3) years Option to extend for a further one (1) year, plus one (1) year, at Council's sole discretion
