Energy/Water Audit and Action Plan

Overview Strathfield Council is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake targeted energy and water audits of nominated Council facilities and prepare a prioritised Energy and Water Action Plan. About Council is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its operations and improving the efficient use of energy and water across its facilities. In 2025, Council adopted the Climate Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy 2025-2030, which establishes targets to reduce operational greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2030, compared with the 2016/2017 baseline, and to achieve net zero operational emissions by 2050. Purpose This engagement is intended to support Council's commitments under the Climate Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy 2025-2030 by identifying opportunities to reduce energy and water use across nominated facilities. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking targeted energy and water audits of nominated Council facilities Preparing a prioritised Energy and Water Action Plan
