EOI Aboriginal Visual Identity

Overview The Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking the development of a department-wide Aboriginal Visual Identity that reflects the breadth of the Department's work, its commitment to Aboriginal peoples and communities, and its responsibility to care for Country across New South Wales. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Developing a concept design that aligns with the project brief and DCCEEW objectives Demonstrating appropriate consultation and engagement with relevant Aboriginal communities, Elders, or cultural knowledge holders where required Ensuring all artwork is culturally appropriate, authentic, and respectful of Aboriginal culture and protocols Producing original artwork and providing all final artwork files in agreed formats and specifications Participating in project meetings and incorporating stakeholder feedback throughout the design process Providing a statement describing the artwork and elements, their cultural significance, and the story they represent Ensuring all intellectual and cultural property considerations are appropriately addressed Delivering the final artwork within agreed timeframes and project milestones Instructions to Tenderers The procurement will be undertaken through a two-stage process. Stage 1, Expression of Interest (EOI) Interested applicants will be invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) outlining their relevant experience, capability, capacity, and approach to delivering the project. EOI submissions will be evaluated against the published criteria, and a shortlist of applicants will be selected to proceed to Stage 2.
