About this tender
Overview Turner & Townsend, on behalf of Burwood Council, is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced contractors for the Main Works of the Enfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment. Scope The scope includes: Upgrades to the entry foyer including dry lounge, staff amenities, and storage areas Construction of a new outdoor café with associated kitchen and servery Demolition of existing 50m outdoor pool and toddler pool Delivery of a new compliant 50m outdoor pool New grandstand seating and spectator lawn, including site expansion New multipurpose, gym, amenities, and support spaces New plant rooms and supporting infrastructure Upgrade and expansion of the existing splash pad Refurbishment and upgrades to the indoor 25m pool and associated facilities New landscaping and tree planting New carpark on Portland Street Augmentation and servicing of infrastructure and utilities, as required Instructions to Tenderers The response to this EOI will be used to inform the Request for Tender (RFT) list. This letter constitutes a request for registration only and does not guarantee that a firm will receive the RFT documents. Company suitability to tender for the works will be assessed based on the EOI submission.
