About this tender
Tablelands Community Support is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified contractors to join a 3-year open panel for the provision of lawn and yard maintenance services across our service areas. This panel will support the delivery of high-quality outdoor maintenance services to our clients and facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and value for money. Mandatory Requirements Contractors must demonstrate compliance with the following: Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million). Current Workers Compensation Insurance (unless sole trader – then provide copy of Personal Accident Insurance). Police Checks for all staff (dated within the last 3 years). Not listed on the Aged Care Quality Safety Commission Register of Banning Orders. Not listed on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Compliance and Enforcement Actions Register Optional Criteria Current NDIS Worker Check (mandatory for NDIS services). Additional Conditions Contractors must agree to the terms outlined in the Contractor Agreement. The panel will be reviewed periodically over the 3-year term.
