Overview Lachlan Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the licensing of approximately 20 acres of grazing land at 260 Kiacatoo Road, Condobolin, being Part Lot 14 DP 816194 and Part Lot 2342 DP 566794. Scope Licensing of approximately 20 acres of grazing land at 260 Kiacatoo Road, Condobolin Contract Terms and Conditions Rent has been determined by an independent market appraisal, with offers above $1,000 per year plus GST invited, subject to an annual CPI increase Council may consider a reasonable alternative offer The licence fee is required to be paid annually in advance The Licence Agreement will have a term of three (3) years, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, provided all terms and conditions of the Agreement are met EOI registrations are now open and will remain open until the block is licensed How to Apply Expressions of Interest must be lodged electronically via email to: council@lachlan.nsw.gov.au with the subject line: INSERT QUOTE NUMBER.
