Background Health Infrastructure is one of NSW Health’s state-wide services, delivering infrastructure solutions and services to support the healthcare needs of NSW communities now and into the future. We oversee the planning, design and construction of health capital works over $10 million in NSW, bringing together experts across multiple disciplines including health planning and design, town planning, project management and construction. With over 130 projects underway, we are collaborating with clinicians, system managers, other government agencies and industry to transform public health facilities and precincts across metropolitan and regional NSW. https://www.hinfra.health.nsw.gov.au/home Health Infrastructure established its own Construction Services Contractor Procurement List in 2020. Health Infrastructure’s Contractor Procurement List consists of Contractors (Builders) for its procurement of construction and related work valued at over $9 million. Scope 1. Expression of Interest Details Health Infrastructure is inviting expressions of interest from Contractors (Head / Principal Contractors) having the appropriate culture, experience, capability, and capacity to be added to the Health Infrastructure Contractor Procurement List. 2. Approved Contractor on HI Contractor Procurement List: Contractors already approved (Listed) on the Health Infrastructure’s Contractor Procurement List need not apply again. Approved Contractors continue to be on the Health Infrastructure’s Contractor Procurement List until advised otherwise. Instead, an approved Contractor may apply, with sufficient additional evidence of successful completion of higher value projects and/or stronger financial results to increase their upper contract value limit on the Procurement List for Health Infrastructure’s consideration and approval. Additional details/instructions HOW TO APPLY This EOI is for Construction Contractors (Builders) only. The Contractor expressing interest to be on a HI procurement List can obtain applications by sending an email to HI-Industry@health.nsw.gov.au with the brief capability statement, subject line “Request for EOI Application for HI Contractor Procurement List”. The existing approved Contractor on HI Contractor Procurement List can obtain applications by sending an email to HI-Industry@health.nsw.gov.au outlining the reason for such request, subject line “Request for application for Review of HI Contractor Procurement List Status”. EOI will remain open until further notice, for the Contractor to submit their application. Health Infrastructure will periodically review and assess the submitted applications and advise the outcome.
