Overview Bayside City Council (NSW) is seeking a contractor to design, obtain approvals, construct, test, commission, and hand over two separable stormwater drainage infrastructure projects within Baxter Road and Botany Lane, Mascot, before May 2028. About Baxter Flood Mitigation Project This project is adjacent to the ARTC railway corridor and is located within private landowner and developer land. Botany Flood Mitigation Project This project is adjacent to a state road and interfaces with state assets. Scope The scope includes: Design, approvals, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of the Baxter Flood Mitigation Project Design, approvals, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of the Botany Flood Mitigation Project Staged delivery of the Baxter Flood Mitigation Project Contractor Requirements Obtaining consent from external authorities for works adjacent to the ARTC railway corridor and within private landowner/developer land for the Baxter Flood Mitigation Project Providing a Contractor's Public Liability arrangement required by Council to complete a Bank Guarantee for the Botany Flood Mitigation Project connection approval Contract Terms and Conditions Both the Baxter and Botany Flood Mitigation Projects are to be completed before May 2028
