Overview The Hills Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment and upgrade of the Food Court at Castle Mall Shopping Centre, located at 4–16 Terminus Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154. Scope The scope includes: Demolition works associated with the Food Court refurbishment and upgrade Construction works within the Food Court area Supply and installation of furniture, finishes and lighting Landscaping works Associated building works within an operational shopping centre environment Procurement, delivery and installation of items required for the Food Court Upgrade Project Provision of all labour, materials, plant, equipment and services necessary to complete the works Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking refurbishment and upgrade works of this nature Works must be carried out in accordance with the Design Drawings, 3D Renders, and the Furniture, Finishes and Fixtures Schedule Works must comply with the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards Works must be completed in accordance with the tender documentation Contractor performance will be actively monitored throughout the project
