About this tender
Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations or individuals to undertake detailed video imagery and automated footpath condition assessment of the council's built-up footpath network, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx. Objectives The primary objective of this project is to provide a single uniform condition assessment of footpath condition for the entire Cumberland Council footpath network and to provide input into: Council's asset management systems for modelling and analysis Development of maintenance and capital works programs Development of asset management plans Revaluations Geographical representation of footpath conditions Scope Detailed video imagery of council's built-up footpath network Automated footpath condition assessment of council's built-up footpath network Contract Terms and Conditions The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract Contract type: Professional Service Agreement
