About this tender
Approved prequalified list of suppliers to receive invitations to tender on Homes NSW residential construction projects. Scope Only suppliers who are prequalified on the below prequalification schemes are eligible to submit an application for this procurement list: SCM0256 – General construction works up to $1m (must be a CERTIFIED supplier) SCM1461 – Contractor prequalification scheme for general construction works between $1m and $9m Scheme has two main categories – works up to $1m and works above $1m. If you are eligible, you will need to submit a separate application for each category. For terms and conditions of this scheme, please refer to the terms and conditions of the prequalification schemes listed above – SCM0256 and SCM1461. Housing Portfolio reserves the right to conduct clarification and/or negotiations as per of the establishment of this list. Applications will be assessed on the basis of responses, together with any supporting material that has been requested.
