About this tender
Overview Shellharbour City Council invites submissions for the construction of a discharge control structure at Oak Flats Interchange for the Horsley Creek Detention Basin. Scope The awarded contractor's scope of works includes: Mobilisation and site establishment Demolition of existing structures Excavation and earthworks Construction of the detention basin and associated stormwater infrastructure Construction of maintenance access facilities Site rehabilitation Associated testing, commissioning and handover activities Instructions to Tenderers There is no cost for electronic download of the tender documents. RFTs can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF or Microsoft WORD format. Alternatively, RFTs can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre. While discouraged, Council will accept RFTs submitted by facsimile to Council's Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016. Council will not accept emailed tender submissions. Ensure all files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box prior to the closing time. The Electronic Tenders Box closes automatically at the closing time; file transfers still in progress at that time will not be accepted, and no automatic successful submission notice will be received. Do not leave your submission to the last minute; as a guide, file transfer should begin at least one hour prior to closing time.
