HVAC Installation & Maintenance

Overview Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installation, maintenance, repair and associated mechanical services across Council's asset portfolio. Scope The panel will be utilised on a scheduled and as-required basis to support operational and capital works programs. The scope includes: Planned preventative maintenance Reactive repairs Minor and major HVAC installations Replacements, upgrades, refurbishments and system renewals Inspections and testing Fault finding Commissioning Emergency call-outs BMS (Building Management System) integration Energy efficiency improvements Associated engineering, compliance and project support services Works will be delivered across Council's asset portfolio, including administration buildings, community facilities, libraries, sporting facilities, depots and public amenities. Contractor Requirements Contractors must be suitably qualified and experienced in HVAC installation, maintenance, repair and associated mechanical services
