Overview Transport for NSW (NSW) is seeking a supplier to provide culvert units for the Log Creek Pavement Rehabilitation Stage 2 project on HW4 Snowy Mountains Highway. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of reinforced concrete culvert pipes Supply and delivery of reinforced concrete pits Supply and delivery of raised steel grate units Supply and delivery of plain concrete lids Supply and delivery of precast pipe headwalls Supply and delivery of associated items for the Log Creek Pavement Rehabilitation project on HW4 Snowy Mountains Highway Provision of all rubber rings, collars, joint seals, pit-to-pipe connectors and accessories required to make the supplied pipe system complete, included in the relevant pipe rates unless separately stated The works under this package are for supply and delivery only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Installation, excavation, bedding, backfilling, lifting on site, placement, grouting, concrete surround, in-situ works and final connection works are excluded unless specifically stated in the accepted quotation or purchase order. Contractor Requirements All supplied items shall be suitable for use in permanent road drainage infrastructure Compliance with the project drawings, the Schedule of Rates, RMS / TfNSW Specification R11, R16, G22, G36 and Q5, applicable TfNSW standard drawings, and relevant Australian Standards
