About this tender

Overview Nambucca Valley Council is inviting silent bids from the public for the purchase of impounded vehicles through its Impounded Vehicle Tender process. Instructions to Tenderers The tender process will be open for 14 days, commencing 17 August 2026 and finishing 31 August 2026. To submit a silent bid, bidders must send an email to council@nambucca.nsw.gov.au in the following format: Subject line: Make and model of the desired vehicle Body of email: Contact details (name and phone number) and the bid amount for the desired vehicle Upon closure of the tender process, successful bidders will be contacted by Council within the following 7 business days. Full payment of the successful tender amount is required before the vehicle is collected. Payment via cash or bank card can be made at the Council Administration Building, 44 Princess Street, Macksville, NSW, 2447. Successful bidders, once notified, must arrange collection of their vehicle within 14 days. Collection is arranged via the Ranger Services Department of Nambucca Valley Council.
