Independent Auditor Panel State Significant Projects

Overview Port Macquarie Hastings Council (PMHC) is seeking suitable suppliers capable of providing Independent Audit services and Compliance Reporting as required by regulatory conditions of approval for New South Wales State Significant projects and controlled actions under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act 1999. Purpose PMHC aims to establish a panel of suppliers capable of providing these services, as PMHC is currently in the process of constructing and delivering three State Significant projects. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Independent Audit services for New South Wales State Significant projects Provision of Compliance Reporting as required by regulatory conditions of approval for New South Wales State Significant projects Provision of Independent Audit and Compliance Reporting services for controlled actions under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act 1999 Tender Briefing An optional pre-tender briefing will be held for this opportunity. Attendance at this briefing is not a mandatory requirement of participation. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions containing material departures from the mandatory requirements of this tender shall be assessed as non-conforming. Non-conforming tenders may be excluded from evaluation at the Principal's absolute discretion. Tenderers are encouraged to raise any clarifications, assumptions or qualifications within the tender period and no later than the question closing date, clearly identifying these within their submission. Clarifications or assumptions that do not materially alter the scope, Conditions of Contract, or fundamental basis of the offer will be considered as part of the evaluation process.
