Scope Leasing and operating the commercial food and beverage business located at the Port Kembla Pool Kiosk Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed lease agreement period is for an initial five years, with an option to extend for a further five years (5+5) Exercising of any option for extension is to be in accordance with the proposed agreement
