Overview Taronga Conservation Society Australia (NSW) is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to deliver a linen supply and laundering service for the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga and Roar & Snore at Taronga Zoo Sydney. Purpose The goal of this tender is to find a supplier able to deliver a reliable, high-quality, cost-effective and sustainable linen supply and laundering service that supports consistent guest experience, operational continuity, effective inventory management and Taronga's sustainability and ethical sourcing objectives. Scope The scope includes: Commercial laundering of accommodation linen for the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga and Roar & Snore at Taronga Zoo Sydney Finishing of laundered linen Quality inspection of linen Collection, transport and delivery of linen Supply of linen categories including bed linen, pillowcases, duvet covers or equivalent bedding items, towels, bathmats and other linen items listed in the pricing and inventory schedules Tender Briefing A vendor briefing will be held for this opportunity.
