Overview Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the replacement of the roof coverings at the Mortimer Street Precinct, 73-81 Mortimer Street, Mudgee. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of roof coverings to the nominated areas at the Mortimer Street Precinct Delivery of a fit for purpose, compliant and complete roof replacement Contractor Requirements All works must be undertaken in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, the National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards, local building authority requirements and manufacturers' installation recommendations The contractor is responsible for confirming the suitability of all materials and work methods to ensure compliance
