All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than the question closing date of 13th October 2026, as set out in section 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering. Any enquiry received after this date will not be answered unless PMHC Procurement considers it to be in the interests of all respondents. Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
