About this tender

RFI to understand key capability and capacity of third-party providers to deliver key health worker accommodation services across the Northern Rivers region. Project goals: NNSWLHD, through this RFI, seeks to understand key capability and capacity of third-party providers to deliver accommodation services across the Northern Rivers region. The NNSWLHD currently serves a large population across the NSW Northern Rivers region, spanning a multitude of local government areas. The large geographic and demographic spread of the region results in varied requirements and considerations when sourcing and maintaining appropriate accommodation for key health workers. These considerations include: · availability of leasehold accommodation · leasehold term (e.g., short, medium, and long-term availability) · general and unique needs of key worker cohorts that need to be accommodated · provision of wraparound services (maintenance, transport, tenant placement, etc.) Recognising these requirements the NNSWLHD via this RFI is seeking to determine the market’s ability and capacity to support the provision and management of accommodation services for key health workers, ideally on a broad scale, within the Northern Rivers region to better serve its key health workers and health assets. Further information on key project drivers (e.g., accommodation demand) is intended to be provided to relevant respondents upon receipt of an executed Confidentiality Deed Poll (attached to this RFI). Scope: Specifically, NNSWLHD wishes to understand a provider(s): · Ability to provide key accommodation services (either as a sole provider or via partnership) across the Northern Rivers region and/or Sub-Regions, including: o Booking coordination o Property and facility management o Guest support services · Access to suitable accommodation (either owned managed properties or via other accommodation providers); and · Ability to deliver value for money outcomes for NNSWLHD; Key accommodation drivers are listed in the ‘additional details/instructions’ section and the ‘related documents’ section for respondents’ knowledge. Through the release of this RFI the NNSWLHD is seeking to provide relevant information to the market and gain visibility on suitably qualified and experienced accommodation service providers. Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest by executing the Confidentiality Agreement and completing the associated Microsoft Forms survey at this link: Northern Rivers Third Party Accommodation. Additional information on key considerations for this project (eg. accommodation spread, location of accommodation, accommodation typology and service requirements) are included as an attachment. How to respond to this tender

A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.

Read the requirements in full

Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.

Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding

Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.

Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.

Lodge early through the official portal

Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
