Objectives The key outcomes of this engagement are: A formal, embedded Privacy Management Framework and operating model, with clear accountability for personal information handling Defined business data ownership, aligned records, retention and disposal practices, and documented priority data flows Clear, consistent customer-facing privacy transparency at points of collection A compliant target-state control model for higher-risk program and academy data Proportionate AI governance integrated into existing processes Practical, implementation-ready artefacts that Powerhouse can operate, reducing privacy, data governance and reputational risk ahead of the Parramatta opening Scope Powerhouse is seeking to engage a suitably qualified privacy and data governance advisory firm to establish a Privacy Management Framework and operating model, and to deliver the related data governance, customer-facing transparency, higher-risk program data and AI governance services described below. All deliverables are to be practical and implementation-ready, developed collaboratively with Powerhouse stakeholders, and grounded in NSW legislation and the NSW Government Cyber Security Policy.
