"OMPS is undertaking a marketing evaluation to procure suitably capable, qualified local and regional businesses who have the ability to provide the following Pre-Construction Works Package (including Management Plans) for the OMPS project. OMPS has selected specific expression of interest categories for businesses to ensure the best chance of evaluating the marketplace, and recognising where local and regional business can assist into the project. This expression of interest is for all suppliers who have an Australian Business Number (ABN), and are suitably capable for the following items (below): defining the project identifying potential issues planning and scheduling the scope cost estimation analysis of the Project's needs"
