About this tender
Overview Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking a schedule of rates from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to form a printing services panel. Scope The panel will support the organisation's ongoing printing requirements across a range of corporate, operational, promotional and communication materials. The scope includes: Digital and/or offset printing Colour and black-and-white printing Large-format printing Signage Brochures, flyers, reports and booklets Business stationery and forms Posters, banners and labels Other printed materials as required Producing printed materials from artwork and specifications supplied by the organisation Providing advice, where required, on paper stocks, finishes, print formats and production methods that offer value for money while meeting required quality standards Accommodating standard, short and urgent turnaround times depending on the nature and urgency of each requirement Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in providing printing services Contract Terms and Conditions Services may be requested through individual work orders or purchase orders during the term of the panel
