About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking quotes from selected suppliers for a Project Management Partner in relation to a commercial and ICT project. DHA is seeking a project management partner to support the development of a comprehensive project plan and the associated artefacts for an initial four-week engagement, with the potential for a further four-week extension. About DHA is considering how to implement and plan for future decisions involving a large scale commercial and ICT project. Objectives The primary objective is to establish a clear and practical foundation for project delivery, including the development of the core planning materials, governance documentation, delivery approach, risks and dependencies, milestones, and other artefacts required to support effective implementation. The engagement should produce useful, decision-ready outputs during the initial engagement and provide project management delivery support over the period.
