Protected-Level Secure File Transfer Service

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is seeking a replacement for its current Secure File Transfer service. The replacement service must support APRA's evolving security, usability and operational resilience requirements. Purpose The primary objective of this procurement is to establish an Australian-hosted Secure File Transfer service that delivers strong security assurance, robust governance controls and alignment with relevant Australian Government requirements. The solution will enable PROTECTED-level information sharing with regulated entities and other approved external parties, supporting APRA's regulatory and supervisory activities. Scope The scope includes: Software licensing for the replacement Secure File Transfer service Implementation of the service Configuration of the service Testing of the service Transition from the current service to the replacement service Knowledge transfer Ongoing support services required to operate the replacement capability
