About this tender
Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking experienced and qualified contractors, on behalf of participating Councils in the Orana Region of NSW, to provide Traffic Control Services. About This process is being facilitated on behalf of the following participating Councils: Bogan Shire Bourke Shire Brewarrina Shire Coonamble Shire Central Darling Shire Gilgandra Shire Narromine Shire Warren Shire Walgett Shire Warrumbungle Shire Scope Provision of Traffic Control Services for the participating Councils listed above Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 Provision for 2 x 12-month extensions, based on satisfactory performance Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the Tendering portal until the submission close date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted. All tender related enquiries are to be posted on the Online Forum applicable to this tender.
