About this tender
Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide Tree Maintenance Services to participating councils on an as required basis. Purpose The provision of Tree Maintenance Services to participating councils is required on an as required basis for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with provision for a possible 2 x 12 month extension. Scope The scope includes: Tree trimming and removal work, including lopping, pruning, trimming, repairing, maintaining and removing amenity trees Ground operations relating to tree work, including wood chipping, stump grinding and root pruning Delivery of services throughout the participating councils' local government areas Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: 36 months, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029 Extension option: possible 2 x 12 month extension About This process is being facilitated on behalf of Cessnock City, Dungog Shire, Maitland City, Muswellbrook Shire, Singleton, and Upper Hunter Shire Council.
